单扫描极谱法测定食品中的铅

【摘要】 采用微机单扫描极谱仪测定了食品中的铅。在 1 %碘化钾 - 1 6 %酒石酸钾钠 - 0 0 1抗坏血酸 -0 1 2mol/L盐酸底液中 ,可获得PbI2 -4络合物灵敏的吸附催化波。方法的检测限达到 1 0 μg/L ,回收率为 96 5 % ,RSD <4 .3% (n =1 1 )。

【Abstract】 The lead in food was determined by computerized single sweep polarograph.In the solution of 1% potassium iodide-1.6% seijnette salt-0.10 vitamin C-0.12 mol/L hydrochloride acid,sensitive adsorptive catalytic wave of lead complex(PbI 2 4)was obtained.The detection limit is down to 10 μg/L.The recovery of standard addition is 96.5% with RSD<4.3% (n=11).
