【摘要】 成新率在机器设备评估当中占有非常重要的地位,且影响机器设备成新率的确定和不确定因素很多,用精确的数学方法评价其结果往往事与愿违。在综合考虑机器设备的有形磨损和无形磨损的基础上,以实体消耗、功能消耗、经济消耗为基础建立了因素集,并基于此运用模糊综合评判方法建立了科学合理地计算成新率的评价方法,最后文章通过具体的实例说明了模型的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Residue ratio is very important in the evaluation of machine equipment, and the finite and the definite factors affecting residue ratio are quite many. Using precise mathematics method to assess the result will serve our purpose. Under the consideration abrasion of tangible and intangible , establish the set of factor base on aspect of substantiality, function and economy. in this article, i compute residue ratio properly with FCE.At last, a real application show that the model is very useful and effective.更多还原
