痕量铁催化对氨基二甲替苯胺-H酸显色反应
Catalysis of Trace Iron on the Colouring Reaction of p-Amino-N,N-dimethylaniline with 1-Amino-8- naphthol-3,6-disulfonic Acid
【摘要】 研究了在pH =5 .7混合酸 氢氧化钠缓冲介质中 ,铁 催化过氧化氢氧化对 氨基二甲替苯胺盐酸盐和H酸 钠盐的氧化偶联反应 ,考察了反应的最佳条件 ,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铁 的新方法。该方法线性范围为 0 .0 0~ 0 .0 2mg L ;检出限为 2 .1× 1 0 - 7g L。直接用于自来水及湖水中铁 的测定 ,结果满意
【Abstract】 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace iron? has been developed. The method is based on the catalytic action of trace iron? on the oxidative coupling of p-amino-N,N-dimethylaniline dihydrochloride and 1-amino-8-naphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid by hydrogen peroxide in mixed acid and sodium hydroxide medium at pH 5.7.Its optimum conditions were established. The linear range of this method was 0.00~0.02 mg/L. The detection limit for trace iron? is 2.1×10 -7 g/L. The method was used to determine trace iron? in tap water and lake water successfully.
