气流粉碎法制备超细粉体的效应分析

【摘要】 分析探讨了气流粉碎各种效应对粉碎性能、分级性能的影响,指出了生产过程中喷嘴、管路及引风等可能引发的一些问题,并提出了改进措施和方案。

【Abstract】 The effects of speed and pressure on the gas flow crushing of superfine powders are analysed.A series of problem initiated by the spray nozzle and the pipe line are pointed out,and the improving measures are suggested.
