长吉输油管道优化运行研究

【摘要】 原油长距离运输的主要方式是通过热油管道来运输,在运行过程中,热油管道的运行能耗主要是电能消耗和燃料油消耗。电能消耗增加,则相应的燃料油消耗减小,电能消耗减小,则相应的燃料油消耗增加。因此加热原油管道优化运行对节能降耗和降低长输热油管道运行成本具有重要意义。在对长吉输油管道系统分析的基础上,建立了长吉输油管道优化运行的数学模型,将这个数学模型看作二维资源分配问题,即把全线总压头和全线总热负荷在各站间进行最优分配,运用动态规划的方法求解。在考虑长吉线的现有设备基础上,提出在3个加热站各安装一台进口泵,并进行优化计算。计算结果表明,该模型具有实际应用价值。

【Abstract】 Pipeline transportation is mostly method in long distance transportation of oil. It consume lot of electrical energy and fuel in pipeline transportation. The more electrical energy consumed, the less fuel consumed; the less electrical energy consumed, the more fuel consumed, so it is important to investigate optimization model of oil pipeline in order to reduce energy consumption and pipeline operation cost. By investigating the way of Changji oil pipeline operation, the optimization model of Changji oil pipeline operation was found. The optimization model can be considered as the question of two dimension resource allocating, just as the best resource allocation between total pressure and total heat. The math model can be solved by dynamic method. Consideration the equipment of Changji oil pipeline, import pump will be installed in there calefaction station. The optimization running was calculated. The calculation results indicate that the model has practice value and it is the scientific decision-making under the way of optimization running.
