鞍山调和-氧化重交通道路沥青路用性能的研究

【摘要】 以鞍山减压渣油为原料,在氧化温度250℃,氧化时间5.5h,空气流量2.0L/(min·kg)时,当加入不同的调和剂,采用调和-氧化法制备出了符合GB/T15180-94的各个牌号标准的重交通道路沥青。对其中的AH-70、AH-90两个牌号的道路沥青路用性能进行了分析,并用粘度法对其抗老化性能进行了评价。这两种牌号的道路沥青性能分析的结果表明,采用半氧化调和法制备的重交通道路沥青具备良好的感温性能,高温稳定性,低温开裂性和抗老化性。

【Abstract】 Performance of Anshan road heavy paving asphalts by oxidation-blending was investigated. When Anshan vacuum residue was oxidized at the temperature of 250 ℃, with airflow of 2.0 L/(min·kg) for 5.5 hours, five brands paving asphalts meeting GB/T15180-94 standard were prepared. The road performance of AH-70 and AH-90, which were the typical paving asphalt, was evaluated and their aging resistance was studied by the viscosity method. The laboratory results show that these two brands asphalts had the characteristics of good temperature susceptibility, high temperature stability, good low-temperature cracking resistance and good aging resistance.
