【摘要】 本文从佛山地区采集临诊上有典型大肠杆菌病变的病、死禽病料 ,经细菌分离培养和生化试验鉴定出 3 3株大肠杆菌。经 O血清型测定 ,共鉴定出 1 6个分离株的 O血清型 ,这些分离株覆盖了即 O1,O2 6,O3 6,O56,O60 ,O78,O14 1,其中以 O78血清型为主 ,共 6株 ,占定型菌株的 3 7.5 % ;O78血清型在种类上只占定菌株血清型总数的1 4.3 % ( 1 /7)。因此可以认定 O78型为主要流行血清型更多还原
