【摘要】 目的　通过检测系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)患者外周血中CD5 + B细胞亚群水平 ,以探讨CD5 + B细胞亚群在SLE疾病活动中的作用。方法　利用双色流式细胞分析法对 4 4例SLE患者和19名正常人群外周血CD5 + CD19+ ,CD5 -CD19+ 细胞亚群进行检测 ,同时检测患者抗dsDNA抗体 ,C3和C4水平。结果　活动期系统性红斑狼疮患者CD5 + B细胞水平较正常人群明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ;静止期系统性红斑狼疮患者CD5 + B细胞较正常人群明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,系统性红斑狼疮患者CD5 + B细胞水平与疾病活动指数明显正相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论　研究证实 ,活动期系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血CD5 + B细胞水平明显升高 ,与SLE疾病活动有着一定的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To get a better understanding of the level of circulating CD5 +B cells relating to the activity of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods Peripheral blood CD5 +B cells in 44 SLE patients and 19 healthy volunteers were analyzed by 2-color flow cytometry.Levels of andi-dsDNA,complement C3 and C4 were also measured.Results In comparison to control group,the blood CD5 +B cells in patients with active SLE showed a significant increase (P<0.01),while in patients with inactive SLE showed significantly lower (P<0.01).CD5 +B cells from SLE showed relatively high positive correlation with SLEDAI,but showed no correlation with C3 and C4 complements (P>0.05).Conclusion These findings demostrate that,in relation to healthy control subjects,the blood CD5 +B cell subset trends to elevation in active SLE patients.Further studies are needed to define the precise role of CD5 +B cells in SLE.更多还原
