【摘要】 在二十四式简化太极拳课的讲解、示范、练习等教学过程中引入技击方法 ,使之与拳式的教学有机地结合 .通过教学中的对比实验和研究 ,结果显示技击练习对太极拳教学具有特殊的作用 ,表现在能增进对太极拳拳式和拳理的认识 ,提高学生学习太极拳的效率 ,便于他们记忆 ,且不易遗忘 .同时能培养学生学习太极拳的兴趣 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Introduced combat methods to teaching process, as expl aining, demonstration ,exercise in 24 styles predigest Taijiquan course, and com b ined them with styles.
