【Abstract】 Nowadays, with the tremendous progress of science and technology, its negative effects are continuously deteriorating. The reason lies in the fact that mankind misuse, abuse and even use science achievements for the evil purpose. In order to avoid and lessen negative effects of science and technology,great efforts should be strengthened to impose ethnic restriction on science and technology, to ensure the control of moral norms, concept of value and ethics over it, and to realize sustainable development of society.更多还原
