农杆菌介导花生的遗传转化研究Ⅱ.花生基因组DNA提取方法的改良与鉴定

【摘要】 针对花生基因组DNA常规提取方法的不足,对提取程序进行改良.改良后的方法具有简便、快速、安全、得率高等特点,对所鉴定植株生长影响相对较小,所提取DNA可直接用于PCR、限制性酶切等分子生物学试验.
【Abstract】 A modified method to extract genome DNA from peanut was developed. The method can be used to carry out PCR and enzyme shearing reaction directly, and has many other advantages such as simpleness, rapidity, safety and high production and so on. Moreover, there is little harmful effect on plant growth when peanut genome DNA is extracted with this method.
