【摘要】 在信息化社会的背景下,警察执法战斗是以信息化为基本特征的过程。信息战已经成为一种作战样式应用于具体执法战斗中。研究警察执法战斗领域的信息战问题,首先必须弄清信息战的概念及其特征,其次要明确其在战斗中的地位和作用。提高信息战作战能力的措施有:确立信息工作发展目标;明确信息内容,使警察作战指挥及文书规范化;建立信息工作系统;加强警员信息专业知识的培训工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 In information society,police law-enforcement combat is a process with a basic character of information generalization.Information war has been practised in concrete police law-enforcement com-bat as a kind of police fight mode.When we study the issues of information war in the police law-en-forcement combat,we should make clear the concept and character of information war at first,and then define the position and function of it in a combat.The measures to improve the police’s capacity in infor-mation war include:establishing the subject of development in information war;defining the content of in-formation;standardizing the command and document of the police enforcement combat;establishing the in-formation system;enhancing the training work on professional knowledge of information for the policemen.更多还原
