【Abstract】 While the vocational higher education is flourishing, the teaching quality thereof and the approval from the society is still far from satisfaction. The reasons lie in the limits in the process of it sown development, the national economic power and the needs of its own sustainable development. It is a long-run strategic choice, in the construction of the body of teaching staff, to combine the supervision of the full-time teachers and the teachers employed from outside. The thesis expounds from several aspects the significance of employing teachers from outside and put forward some suggestions as to how to strengthen the supervision of them.更多还原
