新型含硅常温固化胶粘剂的试验

【摘要】 研究了一种新型含硅常温固化胶粘剂,并试验了其各种性能。内容包括:配方研究、胶接强度测试、耐热老化性能测验、耐盐雾实验、耐介质性能、偶联剂影响、填料作用、空气泡的产生、消除及对粘接性能的影响等。研究表明:该胶粘剂具有强度高、粘接性能好、环境适应能力强等特点,可适用于同种材料及不同种材料的粘接,尤其适合于汽车工业中灯具的密封粘接。同时也对胶粘剂在配制和使用过程中出现的问题及解决方法作了讨论和探索。

【Abstract】 The regulartemperature curing adhesive containing silicon, which is used in adhesive of glasses and plastic, is introduced in detail for its performance test. The content includes the research on the formula, the testing of the adhesive intensity, the examination of heataging resistance performance, the experiment on saltyfog resistance, the property on medium resistance, the effect of coupling agent, the action of filler and the effect of air bubble’s bringing and eliminating on adhesive performance. Results from the experiments show this adhesive is produced with the following peculiarity,which are high tensile force, good adhesive property, and powerful environmental adaptability. This adhesive suits the adhesion of the same materials or different ones, especially for glasses. Finally, the problems that exist in the course of using and preparing the adhesive are discussed, and the methods of solving the relative problems are introduced.
