高产丙交酯的合成
Synthesis of High Yield Lactide
【摘要】 丙交酯是由乳酸制备聚乳酸的中间体,其产率偏低是制约聚乳酸大规模应用的关键。寻找合理的催化剂是其中的关键技术,也是目前研究的热点。采用氧化锌、三氧化二镧、钛酸镧复合氧化物等催化剂催化乳酸脱水,继而裂解环化成丙交酯。产物的纯度和结构分别通过熔点测定,X射线光电子能谱和红外光谱分析。
【Abstract】 Lactide is the midbody for the preparation of poly(lactic acid), the ratio of lactic acid to lactide is low and hamper the extensive application of PLA. Also, a suitable catalyst is the key step to achieve a higher yield, which is one of the reasearch focuses. ZnO, La2O3,LaTi composite oxide catalyst is employed to prepare lactide , respectively. Purity and constructure of lactide are analyzed with melting point measurement, Xray photoelectron spectroscopy and IR spectrum.
