汽车前轮定位参数优化设计
Optimization of Vehicle Frontal Wheel Orientation Parameters
【摘要】 以多体系统动力学理论为基础 ,建立了某微型汽车前悬架的多体系统分析模型 ,采用了一种即包括典型工况下前轮定位角度值与理想值偏差又限制车轮整个跳动过程中各定位参数的波动量的优化目标函数的统一数学表达式 ,对原悬架系统进行了优化 ,计算并分析了优化前后的前轮定位参数随车轮上下跳动的变化规律 ,分析结果和实际使用均表明改进后的前悬架系统具有良好的性能
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of multi body dynamic, the paper established the front suspension model of vehicle. The uniform optimization object function, including the tolerance of front wheel orientation angles’ practical value and set value under full load, and the changing value of each parameter during wheel fluctuating is put forward. Utilizing this model, the original suspension is optimized and the variation of each parameter with front wheel fluctuation is calculated. The optimized driving operation performance resulted from the analysis and application.
