【摘要】 目的　探讨食管静脉曲张结扎术的临床应用价值。方法　采用尼龙圈结扎器 (HX 2 1L 1)与注气式静脉曲张结扎器 (MD 4 870 9)行食管静脉曲张结扎术。结果　治愈 12例 ,显效 2 3例 ,有效 4例 ,总有效率 97.5 %。结论　内镜食管静脉曲张结扎术安全、易行、疗效好 ,是治疗食管静脉曲张出血行之有效的方法之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of endoscopic variceal ligation in the treatment of esophageal varices.Methods Nylon loop ligator and pneumd active ligator were applied to cure the esophageal varices.Results 12 cases were cured and the total effective rate was 97.5% .Conclusion The endoscopic variceal ligation is a safe,feasible and effective therapy for esophageal varices.更多还原
