【摘要】 目的:观察转移因子、维生素AD、锌制剂对小儿反复呼吸道感染的治疗效果。方法:70例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组36例,对照组34例,对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用转移因子、维生素AD和葡萄糖酸锌。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照(P<0.01)。结论:转移因子、维生素AD、锌联合应用治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of transfer factor, vitamin AD and zine gluvonate on the treament of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections. Methods: 70 patients with recurrent respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group of 36 cases were treated with transfer factor, vitmin AD and zine gluconate besides the routine therapy while 34 cases in the control group with only the routine therapy. Results: The curative effectiveness in the treated group was better than the control group (P < 0. 01) .
