【摘要】 目的 探讨经胸骨前径路内镜下甲状腺切除术的可行性及美容效果。方法 采用经胸骨前径路颈部无瘢痕内镜甲状腺切除术(scarless endoscopic thyroidectomy,SET)对各种甲状腺疾病手术治疗。结果 20例成功施行了经胸骨前径路内镜甲状腺切除术,1例术中转为常规手术。平均手术时间145分钟,无手术相关的并发症,颈部不留瘢痕,术后平均住院时间4.2天。结论 经胸骨前径路内镜甲状腺切除术是安全、有效、可行的。颈部无瘢痕,具有极佳的美容效果,满足了患者对治疗与美容一体化的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the possibility and cosmetic result of endoscpic throidectomy. Methods Common thyroid gland diseases including benign thyroid neoplasms were removed in 20 patients by Scarless endoscopic thyroidectomy through anterior chest wall. Results 20 cases were successfully performed by endoscopy with no operation-related complications. One case was converted into conventional operation. The mean operative time was 145 min. The average postoperative hospitalization was 4,2 days. Conclusions Endoscopic thyroidectomy through breast approach is a secure, effective method with no scars remained,and achieves better cosmetic results.更多还原
