【Abstract】 Through analysis of the management contradictions, this paper has pointed out its advantageous and disadvantageous natures. It is explained by examples that the normal contradiction is constructive, while that the mal-functional contradiction is ruinous. Technical measure are also provided to solve the contradictions.更多还原
