【摘要】 介绍了如何通过加强工艺质量控制工作,找出影响β值温度系数的主要因素,并进行了相关的可 靠性试验,满足用户要求。

【Abstract】 According to the principle of the triode once exceeding the technological control , we must find out the main factor on effecting the temperature coefficient of the value of the pi and optimize technology in order to meeting the consumers needs.
