【Abstract】 The precondition of the supervision of the public opinion is that the freedom of news should be maintained; the foundation of the supervision of the public opinion is that the legal system of news should be developed; the criteria for the supervision of the public opinion is that the media personnel should be self-disciplined; the aim of the supervision of the public opinion is that the receiver’ s right of discourse should be defended.
