隆林县鼠疫暴发的流行病学特征及防治效果分析

【摘要】 目的 分析隆林县 2 0 0 0年鼠疫疫情的流行病学特征。方法 对疫区鼠疫病例进行个案调查和描述性分析 ,用IHA法检测指示动物、鼠和人血清中鼠疫FI抗体。结果 鼠疫疫情波及 2个乡 (镇 ) 7个村 13个自然屯及 1个水泥厂 ,共发生腺鼠疫病人 42例 ,发病率达 1.0 6%。 7月份为发病高峰 ,病人多为天生桥水库库区后靠移民 ,以 0~ 2 9岁青少年儿童为主。从 5 3只自毙鼠和 11份病人淋巴液中分别分离出鼠疫菌 11株和 4株。 119份鼠血清、71份犬血清、13份猫血清中分别检出FI抗体阳性 1份、8份和 6份。结论  2 0 0 0年隆林鼠疫疫情流行特征与云南省相似。静息多年的鼠疫自然疫源地遭到人为破坏后 ,生态环境发生巨大变化可能是导致本次动物鼠疫流行并波及人间的重要原因

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse epidemiological features and control effect for the outbreak of plague at Longlin in the year of 2000, a western minority nationality county at the Guangxi. Methods Using descriptive study or descriptive epidemiology, detecting Fraction I antibody of Yersinia pestis among dogs, cats, rats and patients of bubonic plague by indirect hemagglutination assay (IHA). Results Epidemic outbreak of plague occurs among the 13 villages in 2 towns and a factory with 42 cases of bubonic plague. Incidence rate of the disease is 1.06%. Prevalent period is from March to October and July is the most prevalent time. Most patients are children and young people, aging from 7 months to 29 years old. FI antibody have be detected by IHA in 1 of 119 rats, 8 of 71 domestic dogs and 6 of 13 domestic cats separately. 11 of 53 deceased rats were detected bacteria Yersinia pestis by culture. Conclusions Epidemic focus distribute around the region of Tianshengqiao reservoir. Epidemiological features are as same as Yunnan’s. The changed entironment may be the main cause of the epidemic outbreak following the high density of rat and flea around the reservoir.
