【摘要】 目的探讨DTF制剂降茶氟效果。方法在不同制茶方法程序中加入DTF制剂观察其降氟效果。结果在冲泡或煮沸(1.0g茶叶,200ml水量)沏茶中,0.2gDTF可使茶氟降低约60%,使茶水氟浓度由2.0～4.0mg/L降到1.0mg/L左右,茶液色、味、pH值无改变。结论DTF是1种有效的降茶氟剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of DTF reagent on defluoridation for tea fluoride.Method Observed the effect of DTF reagent on defluoridation in different methods of making tea process by adding the reagent into tea or water.Results In methods of soaking tea in hot water or boiling tea(1.0 g tea,200 ml water)a dose of 0.2 g reagent could decrease the level of tea fluoride about 60%,and reduce fluoride level from 2.0 to 4.0 mg/L to about 1.0 mg/L.No changes were found in pH,tea color and taste of tea water by this method.Conclusion The reagent of DTF is an effective reagent for defluoridation of tea fluoride.更多还原
