高温超导HgBa2Ca2Cu3O8+δ薄膜的制备
PREPARATION OF HIGH Tc HgBa2Ca2Cu3O8+δ SUPERCONDUCTIVE THIN FILM
【摘要】 我们曾用离子注入法 ,脉冲激光沉积等方法制备出了HgBa2 Ca2 Cu3 O8+δ超导薄膜 .但这些方法费用昂贵 ,难度较大 .因此我们探索利用化学雾化技术在衬底上制备Hg Ba2 Ca2 Cu3 O8+δ超导薄膜 .制备过程包括两个步骤 :第一步控制衬底温度制备Ba Ca Cu O薄膜 ,并退火得到Ba Ca Cu O前驱物 ;第二步 ,控制衬底温度并将HgCl2 喷射在Ba Ca Cu O前驱物薄膜上得到Hg Ba Ca Cu O薄膜 ,并将所得薄膜在氧气中氧化 .目前我们正在探索利用这一技术来制备Hg 1 2 2 3高质量的超导薄膜 .
【Abstract】 We have prepared high T-c HgBa-2Ca-2Cu-3O-{8δ} superconductive thin film using ion implanta-tion, pulsed laser deposition, etc.. However these methods are very expensive and have some difficuties. We are exploring using chemical spray pyrolysis technique to prepare HgBa-2Ca-2Cu-3-O-{8δ} superconductive thin film, following a two-step procedure: firstly, preparing Ba-Ca-Cu-O films at controlled substrate temperature and annealing to obtain a Ba-Ca-Cu-O precursor; secondly, preparing Hg-Ba-Ca-Cu-O films by spraying HgCl-2 on a Ba-Ca-Cu-O precursor and annealing in oxygen atmosphere. Now we are exploring this technique to prepare high quality high T-c Hg-1223 superconductive thin film.
