Zn掺杂的YBa2(Cu1-xZnx)3O7-δ(x=0,0.01,0.02)体系的反常霍尔效应
ANOMALOUS HALL EFFECT IN Zn DOPED YBa2(Cu1-xZnx)3O7-δ (x0, 0.01, 0.02) SYSTEM
【摘要】 利用脉冲激光沉积 (PLD)方法制备了c轴取向的高质量YBa2 (Cu1 -xZn) 3 O7-δ(x =0 ,0 .0 1 ,0 .0 2 )外延薄膜 .超导临界温度随Zn掺杂量增加而较快地下降 ,与单晶样品的结果相符 .在强磁场下的输运测量发现YBa2 (Cu1 -xZn) 3 O7-δ系列样品在Tc 附近均出现反常的Hall电阻率符号反向 ,但其Hall电导率σxy随磁场的变化关系与氧欠掺杂的YBa2 Cu3 O6.66存在很大差异 ,说明Zn掺杂和氧掺杂对混合态中的磁通涡旋性质的影响有显著不同 .
【Abstract】 The high quality c-axis orientated YBa-2(Cu-{1-x}Zn)-3O-{7-δ} (x0, 0.01, 0.02) thin films were prepared by the Pulsed Laser Deposition Method (PLD). The superconducting critical temperature (T-c) drops fast with increasing Zn content, which is consistent with the variation of T-c in Zn doped YBa-2(Cu-{1-x}Zn)-3O-{7-δ} single crystals. By measuring the transport properties under high magnetic field (H), it is found that the anomalous sign reversal of Hall resistivity appears near T-c, but the H dependence of Hall conductivity σ-{xy} is different from that of oxygen underdoped YBa-2Cu-3O-{6.66}. This implys that the Zn doping and oxygen doping has distinct effects on the properties of vortices in mixed state.
