滚动转子式压缩机模拟与实验研究
Simulation and Investigation on Rolling Piston Type Rotary Compressor
【摘要】 对已建立的传热及润滑系统的数学模型进行了模拟计算。对压缩机机壳温度在变工况下进行了测试,并分析了运行工况对压缩机温度分布的影响。经实验初步验证,模型计算结果与实验值基本吻合,证明模型是可靠的。
【Abstract】 This paper simulate heat exchange and lubricating system on rolling piston type rotary compressor.Temperature distribution of the compressor shell under variety working conditions has been tested.It has been getten that the working conditions influence to Temperature distribution of the compressor.Some performance calculations have been made and the results are compared with experimental data,which shows a reasonable agreement and verifies the reliability of the model and the calculating method.
