【Abstract】 In recent years, more and more balancing markets were established. The imbalance in the power market is eliminated by an economic method in the balancing market. The real-time balancing markets are successfully operated in England, Australia and Nordic power market. The study and practice on the balancing market are just at the beginning phase in China. In this paper, several successful balancing markets abroad are evaluated, some suggestions about structuring the balancing market adapted to China are proposed.更多还原
