【Abstract】 Although the sound-effect of many high-quality speech chips is very good,the amount of data need to be processed is too large.A feasible method is introduced to code and decode(converting between linear code and A-law pulse-code-modulation code)in order to reduce the quantity of speech data,and to superpose speech signal.It is realized on monolicthic processor and high density pro-grammable logic device.The result prove that this method has good cost effectiveness.[更多还原
