高温干旱下两种冷季型草坪草叶片细胞超微结构的变化

【摘要】 多年生黑麦草和匍匐翦股颖在36℃下,控水处理6d,叶片细胞的超微结构与对照相比发生明显变化,叶绿体肿胀,被膜和片层破损,部分叶绿体变圆并向细胞中央移动,这可能有利于减少对阳光的吸收;线粒体和脂质球体数量增加;匍匐翦股颖的线粒体脊解体,但黑麦草的线粒体只受轻微影响。结果说明,两种草坪草的耐热性都较弱,但多年生黑麦草的耐热性稍强于匍匐翦股颖。

【Abstract】 Cellular ultrastructural changes of the leaf in response to high temperature and drought stress in winter-lawn grass Agrostis stolonifera and Lolium perenne were investigated. The results showed that the cell ultrastructure changed significantly. Chloroplast swelled,and grana lamella and envelope disrupted. Some chloroplasts become round and moved centrally,presumably a strategy to reduce light absorption. Large amount of plastoglobulis and mitochondrion appeared within the chloroplast. Disruption of mitochon-drial cristae in Lolium perenne rather than in Agrostis stolonifera was visualized. It is concluded that winter-lawn grasses were sensitive to high temperature and drought stress,but Lolium perenne is more sensitive.
