【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨DNA错配修复基因hMSH2 蛋白表达与胃癌发生以及不同病理类型之间的关系。 [方法 ]应用免疫组化技术检测hMSH2 基因在 38例胃癌患者的癌组织及其癌旁组织的蛋白表达。[结果 ]癌细胞阳性表达率 (5 2 .6 3% )明显高于癌旁上皮细胞 (2 3.6 8% ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;同例中癌细胞和癌旁上皮细胞均表达的为 15 .79% ,同例癌细胞表达而癌旁上皮细胞不表达的例数 (14 /38)明显多于癌旁上皮细胞表达而癌细胞不表达的例数 (3/ 38) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;高中分化腺癌、低分化腺癌和粘液癌表达阳性率分别为 33.33%、5 2 .6 3%、和 70 %。 [结论 ]DNA错配修复基因hMSH2 蛋白表达与胃癌发生密切相关更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the relationship between the expression of DNA mismatch repair gene hMSH 2 and the generation of gastric cancer. Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect hMSH 2 protein expression in human gastric cancer tissue and paracancer tissue of 38 patients. The positive rate of hMSH 2 was significantly higher in cancer cells (52.63%)than that in paracancer mucous cells(23.68%)( P < 0.05); the positive expression of hMSH 2 both in cancer cells and paracancer cells of the same case was 15.79%; of the same case, the expression rate, being positive in cancer cells but negative in paracancer cells (14/38) was more than that of positive in paracancer cells but negative in cancer cells (3/38)( P <0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of hMSH 2 might be involved in the generation of gastric cancer.更多还原
