有分支配电线路无通道保护的实现
IMPLEMENTATION OF NON-COMMUNICATION PROTECTION RELAY FOR DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS WITH TAPPED-OFF-LOADS
【摘要】 提出了有分支配电线路无通道保护的实现方案及其软硬件构成和工作流程。该保护的核心是在方向电流保护的基础上,使用非故障相电流的突变量并结合微机技术实现区内故障时电流保护的加速动作。通过实时数字仿真试验表明:该保护可显著地缩短区内不对称故障的切除时间,符合理论分析结果。
【Abstract】 This paper presents the implementation of non-communication protection for distribution networks with tapped-off-loads. Cooperating with the directional current protection, the microcomputer-based relay is designed to increase the responses speed of the existing current relays for the internal fault by detecting the super-imposed signals of healthy phase currents. The relay’s hardware and software structures, as well as the flow chart of the software, are described. Real-time digital simulator (RTDS) tests show the novel protection can significantly accelerate to clear the internal asymmetric fault, which is consistent with the conclusions of the theory research.
