以稻壳为载体培养高效丙烯腈降解菌

【摘要】 研究了以稻壳为载体培养高效丙烯腈(AN)降解菌及其影响因素,并对丙烯腈的降解性能进行了测定。结果表明:在优化的条件下,培养的降解菌对丙烯腈具有高效降解性能,当初始浓度为403.2mg/L时,平均降解速率为16.9mg·L-1·h-1,去除率达到98.1%,其适宜的pH和温度分别是6.5和20℃。

【Abstract】 The Investigation of the high-efficient acrylonitrile-degrading microorganism cultivation is conducted using rice husk carrier. The effect of the acrylonitrile-degrading microorganism on the cultivaion is also studied with different variables such as carbon resource. pH, temperature and AN concentration. The results showed that the cultivated acrylonitrile-degrading microorganism can be used effectively. AN degradation rate is 16.9mg · L-1 · h-1, and removal rate is 98.1%. The optimum pH and temperature for cultivating acrylonitrile-degrading microorganism is 6.5 and 20CCCC respectively.
