铝含量对Fe-Al基金属间化合物相组成及相结构的影响
Effects of Aluminum Content on Phase Composition and Structure of Iron-Aluminum Intermetallic
【摘要】 铁铝基金属间化合物的相组成可分为α-Fe(Al)、Fe3Al或α-Fe(Al)+Fe3Al双相组织,并且各相具有不同的相结构,本文运用X射线衍射及透射电镜等技术和设备,对Fe-Al基金属间化合物的相组成及相结构进行了分析研究,结果表明:化合物中的铝含量对其相组成、相结构有着很大的影响,并从而对其性能起决定性的作用。
【Abstract】 There are different kinds of phase composition and phase structure in iron-aluminum intermetallics under different conditions, such as disordered solid solution α-Fe(A),ordered B2Fe3Al, ordered DO3Fe3Al or dual phase of α-Fe(Al)+Fe3Al. In this paper, the phase composition and phase structure of Iron-aluminum intermetallic are studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results show that the phase composition and phase structure of ironaluminum intermetallics are greatly affected by their aluminum content.
