【摘要】 目的 :探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者24h血压变异性(BPV) ,心率·平均动脉压乘积(HR·MAP)的临床应用价值。方法 :对48例血压正常者和88例EH患者进行动态血压监测(ABPM) ,对BPV、HR·MAP参数进行对比分析研究。结果 :①EH组BPV和HR·MAP各项指标均显著高于正常对照组(P<0 05)。②EH伴左心室肥厚劳损组BPV和HR·MAP各项指标高于EH无左心室肥厚劳损组高于血压正常组(P<0 05)。结论 :EH患者BPV明显高于血压正常者。EH伴左室肥大劳损组的BPV大于EH无左室肥大劳损组。EH患者的BPV越大 ,靶器官损害越重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of24hours’BP variability(BPV),the product of heart rate and middle arterial pressure(HR×MAP)to the patients with hypertension.Methods:The24-hour ambulatory blood pressure of the48normal cases and88hypertension cases were monitored,then the parameters of PBV,HR and MAV were analyzed.Results:The values of BPV and HR×MAP in hypertension cases were obviously higher than those of the normal cases.Conclusion:The value of PBVin hypertension cases was remarkably higher than that of the normal cases.更多还原
