成胶过程中除醇温度对钛硅分子筛物化性能影响
Effects of alcohol removal temperature in sol forming process on physicochemical properties of titanium silicalites
【摘要】 以自制的四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)为模板剂,快速合成了钛硅分子筛TS-1,并采用TEM、BET、XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis等手段对产物进行了表征.研究结果表明:在钛硅胶液形成过程中,除醇温度为333~368K时,较高温度下合成的TS-1晶粒尺寸较小且较均匀、孔容及比表面积较大、结晶度及骨架钛含量均较高,其在苯酚羟基化反应中催化性能也较好.
【Abstract】 Titanium silicalite1 (TS1) was quickly synthesized with selfmade tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide (TPAOH) as template. Some characterizations such as TEM, BET, XRD, FTIR and UVVis were used and the results show that TS1 samples synthesized at higher alcohol removal temperature (at the range of 333~368 K) have smaller uniform crystal sizes, larger pore volumes, specific surface areas, higher relative crystallinity and more amount of framework titanium, and they exhibit better catalytic performances in the hydroxylation of phenol.
