缸套活塞环实时磨损监测方法
Research on the real-time wear measurement of cylinder-piston-ring
【摘要】 介绍一种新的缸套活塞环模拟磨损实时监测方法,采用一种新的缸套活塞环零部件模拟磨损试验机进行缸套活塞环零部件模拟磨损试验时,活塞环弹性背压加载系统输出的载荷信号随缸套、活塞环的磨损而变化.叙述了试验机的加载方法,进而在该试验机上进行了缸套活塞环模拟磨损试验,并对试验过程中载荷随磨损时间的变化关系、缸套磨损后的表面形貌以及线性磨损量进行综合分析.实验结果表明,通过载荷信号的变化来实时监测缸套、活塞环的动态磨损,这种监测方法可有效地对缸套、活塞环的相对耐磨性进行评价,并对缸套、活塞环的综合磨损状态进行实时监测,简化了试验数据的测量.
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new method to measure the real-time wear of cylinder and piston rings through the load signal outputted from the load cell installed in the elastic loading structure. The function of this loading structure is to translate the force loaded in axis to that on the back face of the cylinder rings. The test results show that the relative wearing capacity of cylinder and piston rings can be distinguished by the change of load signals and real-time wear can be measured by this method.
