基本农田保护区划定自动化成图中图斑分割决策模型研究

【摘要】 该文针对基本农田保护区划定自动化成图中必须进行图斑分割的决策问题,运用动态规划原理和相关几何知识,在建立连片性和区位因素影响下的耕地图斑定积分割决策模型基础上,开发出基本农田保护区划定图斑分割自动化成图决策系统,并利用该模型和系统对山西省太原市万柏林区一个行政村的基本农田保护区划定中的图斑自动分割进行了实证。结果表明,该模型能有效地达到基本农田保护区划定自动化成图中图斑分割定位、定量的要求,从而为实现基本农田保护区划定成图自动化提供技术支持。

【Abstract】 A decision-making system of mapping automatically was developed to solve the decision-making problem of polygon partition during the mapping automatically of prime farmland protection planning. Applying the principle of dynamic programming and geometry knowledge related, three decision-making-models were built on base of the connectivity and location in the decision-making system. The system was demonstrated in a village of Wanbailin district, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. The results show that the models can meet the demands of orientation and quantity-fixing of polygon partition during the mapping automatically of prime farmland protection planning.The research can provide technical supports for mapping automatically during prime farmland protection planning and the optimal allocation of territorial land use.
