【Abstract】 Groups are basic cells and subsystems, which constitute the social organizations. Under the conditions of the market economy, modern administration mainly focuses on groups. Fulfilling the tasks and realizing the organizations’ goal depend on intergroup harmonization. Usually, it can hardly avoid the competition between groups. Administrators should be responsible for correctly distinguishing the types of collisions, applying suitable administrative methods and instruments to resolve such problems so as to ensure the realization of the social organizations’ goal.更多还原
