镀锌板填丝激光钎焊工艺的初探

【摘要】 介绍了采用Nd:YAG激光器在镀锌板填丝焊接中的应用优势和加工机理,分析了实验结果。工艺试验证明填丝激光钎焊在合适的条件下,可以获得成形好、缺陷较少且性能合格的接头。

【Abstract】 This paper illuminates the advantages and methanism of Nd:YAG laser on zinc-coated steel welding with wire feed.Also a feasible processing is discussed in this paper.The experiment shows that the successful welding can be obtained under the suitable condition.
