燃煤型氟中毒病区食物储存和加工对氟污染的影响

【摘要】 对陕西省燃煤污染型氟中毒病区粮食、食品储存及加工方式对燃煤氟污染的影响进行了调查分析 ,结果显示经高氟煤烟熏烤干燥的辣椒的氟含量较自然晾晒的高 (P<0 .0 1) ;储存期间裸露玉米及部分辣椒的氟含量较包装者为高 ,存放在厨房玉米的氟含量较室内者为高 ,未改灶户存放玉米及稻谷的氟含量较改灶户的为高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,存放 15个月的稻谷氟含量较存放 3个月的为高 (P<0 .0 1) ;碾磨、去皮对玉米的氟含量无明显影响 ,但可明显降低稻谷的氟含量 (P<0 .0 1) ,说明粮物储存和加工方式影响氟污染的程度。

【Abstract】 This paper made researches of the influence of food store and process on fluoride pollution in endemic area of coalsmoke borne endemic fluorosis. The results showed the level of fluoride in the red pepper dried by roasting with smoke of fluoride rich coal was higher than that under sunshine (P<0.01);the level of fluoride in corn without cover and some of the red pepper unpacked were a little higher than that of the packed, fluoride in the corn hanging on the wall in kitchen was higher than that in room and fluoride in the corn along with the rice in husk in family with unimproved stoves higher than that in family with improved stoves (P<0.05);fluoride in the rice in husk kept for 15 months was higher than that kept for 3 months (P<0.01);the level of fluoride in the corn after process had no difference, but for the rice in husk, there was a remarkable difference (P<0.01). It shown that food store and process could affect the pollution degree of fluoride.
