铁基粉末冶金件前处理的研究
A Research on the Pretreatment of Fe-Based Powder Metallurgy
【摘要】 通过对铁基粉末冶金件的组织结构特性的研究 ,认为目前常用的封孔方法是这类工件在镀后一定时间内容易产生腐蚀以及镀层起皮的原因之一。因此 ,采用与常规处理方法不同的两步酸洗以及电化学启镀的化学镀前处理方法 ,并获得了结合力良好的镀层
【Abstract】 The structure and characteristics of Fe based powder metallurgy are studied. The hole sealing method now in use is deemed as one of the causes for dot corrosion and coating wrinkle after plating. Therefore, electroless plating, different for conventional processes, is adopted for its pretreatment. The process included two step pickling and flash plating. As a result, an excellent coating with good adhesion is obtained on the surface of powder metallurgy. The results show that these procedures are crucial to the excellent coating.
