【Abstract】 Three breeds (or strains) of sika deer were obtained in China. Due to the indistinguishable differences in their appearances, they can’t be identified from morphological characteristics at present time. While molecular marker is regarded as the best tool which can truly feedback genetic information of individual or population, so several molecular biological tactics to identify the breeds are put forward and evaluated. It is proved that molecular biological tactics would provide new methods for us to identify sika deer’s breed or strain.更多还原
