云杉天然群体的表型变异

【摘要】 研究了云杉自然分布区内 2 0个天然群体的针叶长度、宽度 ,球果长度、宽度、烘干质量、出籽率 ,种子的长度、宽度及每粒质量共 9个表型性状的变异规律和模式。结果表明 :云杉种内表型变异丰富 ,群体间表型性状存在显著差异 ;球果的长度和宽度均与烘干质量呈显著正相关 ,相关系数分别为 0 .7335和 0 .75 6 0 ;种子长度与宽度呈显著的正相关 (r =0 .7739) ,种子长度与每粒质量呈正相关 (r =0 .5 884 ) ;针叶、球果性状随海拔、纬度、经度的变化而发生变异 ,种子性状变异以海拔变异为主。同时对表型性状进行了聚类分析。

【Abstract】 Journal of Northeast Forestry University.-2003, 31(1).-9~11 The variation law and pattern of nine phenotypic traits including needle length, needle width, cone length, cone width, cone dry weight, seed percent, seed length, seed width and one-seed weight of 20 natural populations in natural distribution of Picea asperata were studied. Great phenotypic variations exist within species and significant differences among populations. Cone length and cone width have a striking positive correlation with cone dry weight and correlation coefficient was 0.733 5 and 0.756 0 respectively. Positive correlations also exist between seed length and seed width, seed length and one-seed weight. The variations of needle and cone traits comply with altitude, latitude and longitude. The variations of seed traits mainly follow the variation of altitude. Cluster analysis of phenotypic traits was also studied.
