【Abstract】 ?The thesis stresses the necessity and importance of introducing QFII to China in developing securities market. QFII can improve the structure of investors, bring in advanced investment conceptions and facilitate the integration of China’s capital market with international market. The thesis points out the existing problems in China’s stock markets and the risks that such problems cause and points out that introducing QFII means opening capital market to the outside world and to the attacks of international capital flow. Therefore, the author proposes a framework for the construction of China’s riskpreventing system, which will ensure that QFII will benefit China and facilitate the development of China’s capital market.更多还原
