【摘要】 介绍了变电站通信网络和系统协议IEC6 185 0 ,扩展标识语言XML ,变电站配置描述语言SCL ,以及IEC6 185 0中的XML应用。主要包括用变电站配置描述语言编写SAS静态配置文件 ,HTTP/XML非实时数据通信方式 ,以及一个基于HTTP/XML的简单的通信演示系统。

【Abstract】 The standard of substation communication network and system IEC61850,Extensible Mardup Language(XML),Substation Configuration description Languaer(SCL) and the application of XML in the IEC61850 are introduced.Mainly concern to program the SAS Static configuration file by using substation configuration description language(SCL),HTTP/XML non real time communication mode and a simple communication system demo based on HTTP/XML.
