【Abstract】 The markets on the telecommunication industry are experiencing rapid growth all over the world.With the development of the mobile communications,the amount of users and resources of the network is increasing sharply,so it is important to manage information sources relating to the technical,economic,public policy,and social aspects of telecommunications.GIS (Geographic information system) is one of the most primary parts in the information system.In the strictest sense,a GIS is a computer system capable of assembling,storing,manipulating,and displaying geographically referenced information,i.e.data identified according to their locations.
