【摘要】 雅安当地野生狗牙根 (代号Y)、荣经县城郊野生狗牙根 (代号R)、生产上推广的三倍体狗牙根Tifway(代号T) 3种不同来源地的狗牙根试验材料 ,分别剪取同一枝条不同茎段的狗牙根材料进行试验 ,结果发现 ,同一枝条不同来源地和不同部位茎段的狗牙根节数和分蘖数经方差分析差异均达到极显著水平 ,不同来源地的狗牙根生物量的方差分析差异显著。各种狗牙根材料用第 1扦插茎段效果优于用第 2扦插茎段 ,同时结合狗牙根外部形态进行综合评价可知 ,雅安当地的野生狗牙根材料在试验中表现出较好生长性能。更多还原
