微乳化法制备纳米磁性Fe3O4微粒工艺条件研究
Study on Preparative Condition of Magnetic Fe3O4 Nanoparticle Synthesized From Method of Microemulsification
【摘要】 以工业煤油作油相、AEO3+TX10作表面活性剂、正丁醇作助溶剂,分别配成含Fe2+/Fe3+和NaOH的两种微乳液,用双乳液混合法制备纳米磁性Fe3O4微粉。研究了不同的工艺条件对产物物相组成和粒径的影响。实验表明在n(Fe3+)/n(Fe2+)=(1.0~1.5)∶1、老化温度50~80℃、老化时间40min、体系pH>8、表面活性剂用量(体积比)为15%条件下所制备产物物相单一、平均粒径25~40nm。
【Abstract】 Fe3O4 Nanoparticle was prepared from the mixture of two sorts of micro-emulsion, using chemical-scale kerosene as oil phase, AEO3+TX10 as surfactant, n-butylol as auxosolvent, Fe2+/Fe3+ and NaOH solution as aqueous phase. The effects of preparative condition on the composition and particle size were investigated. Experimental results revealed that the particle prepared exhibits mono-phase and the average particle-size was in the range of 25 to 40nm for a n(Fe3+)/n(Fe2+) range of 1.0 to 1.5∶1, aging temperature of 50 to 80℃, aging time of 40min, pH value of higher than 8 and the volume ratio of surfactant of 15%.
