【Abstract】 The growth of edible and medical fungi lies on two sides, the nutriment and the environment conditions. The nutriment mostly includes: carbon sources(sugars, wood, straws and stalks), nitrogen sources and abio-salt(mineral). And the best composing proportion of nutriments was studied.
